Rooted in Connection
MY Philosophy
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and a deep connection to both people and the natural world. As I grew older, that connection evolved into a desire to better understand the human experience and the ways our environments, relationships, and lived experiences shape us. That curiosity led me to intentionally become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Somatics Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSTFP). I was drawn to the profession because of its commitment to social justice, empowerment, and meeting people where they are. Today, I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with their strengths, deepen their understanding of themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My style is approachable, genuine, and straightforward. I integrate somatic techniques throughout therapy, recognizing that healing happens not only through insight, but also by reconnecting with the wisdom of the body. If we're working through something challenging, you can expect me to be honest, compassionate, and willing to challenge you when it serves your goals.
Together, we'll explore the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system with curiosity, compassion, and enough humor to remind you that life can be both messy and meaningful.
If you are seeking support and guidance on your journey to wellness, I am here to help. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

Somatic Healing
As a Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSTFP), I integrate modalities such as Brainspotting, a focused mindfulness-based technique that uses eye positioning to access and process deeper emotional material stored in the nervous system, along with pendulation, archetyping, grounding work, nervous system regulation, and somatic awareness practices to support healing from the inside out. My goal is to help clients move beyond simply understanding their patterns cognitively toward actually feeling safer, more connected, and more embodied in their everyday lives.

Evidence-Based
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, meaning the approaches I use are supported by research and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate modalities such as Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Somatic Therapy, and Attachment-Focused Work.

Solution-Focused
I’ve always believed, “I better get something out of this copay,” so I value making therapy feel practical, engaging, and genuinely useful in everyday life...not just a place to talk, but a space for real movement and growth.
